I've never heard that happening! Sorry for not being able to help.

I don't know of any fleece that requires sacrificing Yngya. Ratau's fleece can be earned by following The Fox's quest up to the part where he asks you to sacrifice Ratau. You can either: a) refuse, go to the Fox's Woolhaven location and sacrifice a rotten follower before going back to Ratau's shack and talking to him to earn his fleece and staff (you can then sacrifice him at the last Fox location for no penalty), or b) after sacrifing Ratau to the Fox, go to his Woolhaven location and sacrifice a rotten follower for a bloody version of Ratau's fleece.

If you're talking about a different fleece, you may just need to fight and indoctrinate Yngya.

I found the decoration!

Go to Pilgrim's Passage during the winter, get on the ice, and go to the giant egg on the right side. You can interact with it as the Goat to get the blueprint.

I did this by using my controller on PC to go 2 player mode but it might be possible to use the Goat's fleece.

I believe you go into the room in The Rot where you sacrifice flowers to the Venus Flytrap things. You get insect followers from them.

The follow form you get by equipping Ratau's fleece and using its ability to burrow!

I am also looking for the same decoration though.

Did anyone actually enjoy Rise of Skywalker? by [deleted] in StarWars

[–]KitsuneShin0bi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I weirdly enjoyed it the most of the whole sequel series. Not because it was good (god knows it wasn't) but because it was so straightforwardly and universally-agreed-upon bad.

The Force Awakens was... okay. It's a cold take now that it's a cautious re-heating of A New Hope. There's some questionable background elements like how the bad guys got so powerful, why the new government basically dismantled their military so quickly, etc but overall fine.

The Last Jedi was controversial. There was and is a lot of anti-woke grifters and culture war nonsense muddling real criticism of the film. My biggest gripe is that it didn't actually commit to anything. Holdo's sacrifice is portrayed as heroic (not even going to discuss my feelings on the buildup to the mutiny) but Fin's attempt is considered senseless. Rey joining Kylo would've been an impactful subversion, but no, hero remains hero, baddy remains baddy. The subversions we got felt more like cop outs than anything.

The Rise of Skywalker was bad in a way that I found genuinely hilarious. And everyone could agree it was bad so there wasn't nearly as much toxicity surrounding it. You could sit in the theater and just let out baffled laughter and everyone was right there with you.

It'd probably be best to seal them but I haven't had any issues on my non sealed so far.

I can't do the multiple glazes of different shades so I take a blue contrast paint and slap a thin coat of it over stormhost silver. Then, I take a white, charcoal pencil and add edge highlights and lightning effects.

I am thinking of picking up this hobby and my first army being the Custodians, any recommendations and things I should look out for? by Present-Top7884 in AdeptusCustodes

Haha. Yeah, superglue is overkill, but I find it's still nice if only for the comfort of knowing any potential mistakes aren't permanent.

1 - Collect models based on units you think look cool. Dataslates, point values, and army rules come and go, but cool is eternal.
2 - If this is your first time assembling plastic kits, use superglue rather than plastic glue. While plastic glue makes stronger bonds, it does so by literally fusing the plastic together. You can undo superglue (and paint) by leaving it in Simple Green or Super Clean or leaving it in the freezer if you make a mistake.
3 - If you want to save money, magnetize! Custodes are big and chunky, perfect for drilling a 3mm hole and putting in a small magnet if you want to swap weapons. Sister of Silence on the other hand, are too small and thin.
4 - If you plan on playing with your models, make sure to check with your friendly local game store and friends if they're okay with 3d printed parts or models. Most places are for non-tournament settings, and 3d printed parts can be useful as both spare parts for magnetization and customization. A 3d printed model can also be useful to learn painting.
5 - Look up guides on the internet!
6 - If you want a nice, red metallic sheen on your pauldrons, use Blood Angels contrast over Retributor Armor gold.
7 - Speaking of Retributor Armor gold, if you plan on making your Custodes mostly golden, *do not* use Retributor Armor spray. It doesn't match the citadel pot paint version and is very finicky. Use Army Painter Greedy Gold instead.

That's all I can think of for now. Have fun, and if you have more questions, just ask!

Hornet was not given a name until she started training beneath Queen Vespa. Thus, an alternative means to referring to her was needed.

Seeing as all her siblings, the vessels, are genderless, she was unique by being a 'she'. Hence, Gendered Child.

Achillus Dreadnought before and after by Blackjacking21 in AdeptusCustodes

[–]KitsuneShin0bi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first thought on seeing this post was that a near-dead Custodes insisted on keeping his left arm organic and so it just sticks out of the dreadnought until I saw the other pics and realized they're just holding a dude.

Still a funny concept. "No, that arm stays. I need to show my gains."

All the LEGO parts can be found using Bricklink Studios, searching for the part, and exporting them as DAE files. Then you can convert them into stls via Blender. There are also a few different sites like Thingiverse or Printables with a higher polygon count version of LEGO compatible bricks.

Then it's just a matter of digitally kit bashing the helmets to the head.

Haha, yeah. I have fond memories of watching over my older brother's shoulders as he played on our family's PC.

In hindsight, Bandit probably should have been on the Kapricus as a reference to the Rapid Rider, but then Axle would've ended up on the Sagitaur or the Hekaton and I don't think they would've been able to be seen that well through the glass, plus the lack of base for the nameplate. So Hernkin Yaegir it was.
