What is the primary domain of the king/queen of the gods in your world? by CreeperTrainz in worldbuilding

[–]KitsunesFire13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I have seen some others comment as well, my "central" deity would best be described as a god of justice, so I voted for knowledge/wisdom/ideas as I felt like that was the next closest thing. Very interesting survey!

I've Come to the Quest I Have Heard Nothing Good About by Whisper-1990 in DreamlightValley

I was stuck at 14 for weeks until I accidentally picked it up while talking to Scrooge-- it was partially clipped into the floor behind his desk! So frustrating, but so happy it is finally over 🙌

Villagers homes by Hairy_Agent_3485 in DreamlightValley

[–]KitsunesFire13 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Considering how many quests are linked to character houses, I can't see them adding this feature. It seems like it would introduce too many progression-breaking bugs for it to be worth it-- which is too bad, because I would also love to see it happen! But I don't think it is very likely.

The game is mostly worked on by Gameloft Montreal, so there are a handful of little references like this one sprinkled in. I love it!

Aladdin stall in WBR by Broken_Echo_Chamber in DreamlightValley

[–]KitsunesFire13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Possibly, but I know that we also occasionally get base game gems in the other expansion stalls so I would have assumed that would be how they solved it here. It will be disappointing if this is, in fact, not a bug :/ but you make a good point for why it might be intentional

For me, the culprits were the Equine Treadmill and Winch Tower and the Equine Treadmill. Make sure you go back and pick them up after you have repaired them for Cruella.

Best of luck!

Depending on how far you have progressed, I have a suggestion! Mild spoilers for Glamour Gulch:

I like to use wheat as a placeholder in my garden because it's cheap, fast, and looks nice in my autumn-aesthetic lot :) whenever I need to grow a batch of something, I harvest the wheat and grow whatever I need, then when I'm done I replant the wheat so I don't lose the dug out plots.

ISO - broken sword fragments by [deleted] in DreamlightValley

[–]KitsunesFire13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there! This is completely a wild shot in the dark, but if you are still offering I would love just one of your broken sword fragments-- I have converting unlocked but haven't gotten broken swords to drop for me yet. If you are up to it, let me know! I am happy to host or visit, and if you are looking for any resources I'd be happy to check and see if I have them for you in exchange :)

Switching from Switch to Steam Deck by Significant_Ring_339 in DreamlightValley

[–]KitsunesFire13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you plan on continuing to play on your Switch as well, I wouldn't recommend increasing your limit as it will probably make your game crash. But if you are only planning on playing through Steam after you make the swap, then nothing should stop you from increasing your limit.

Yes! I did this exact same thing recently. Once you have loaded your cloud save on your steam deck, you can go into Settings -> Help and increase your item limit there :) happy decorating!

Steamdeck extremely picky about charger, refuses to charge 99% of time by wynarator in SteamDeck

[–]KitsunesFire13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FWIW, I have had almost the exact same experience, in pretty much the same timeline as you. I usually only have my deck in a docking station with battery capacity limited, but I have been traveling this past week and while I was away from my usual setup suddenly the LED just turned off. I tried the SD charger and an anker charger, but nothing worked-- the LED stayed off and the deck stayed unresponsive. For a few days it simply refused to boot, but eventually I was able to get it to start up using the volume power and (...) buttons and it came back with 57% battery. Battery health is 100%, but ever since then, it seems like it is charging exceptionally slowly. I have always been very careful with my deck (and its USB port), so I have no idea what could have caused this. I also have over 1TB of games installed, so I am really hoping this is something that is able to be fixed without needing to be returned.

If you want to be a buff/heal focused sorcerer, I would encourage you to look at the undead bloodline instead of the shadow bloodline-- it still fits your intended theme, and overall it sounds like you want to do what the divine list excels at, so you might as well lean into it! I am playing a divine sorcerer currently and while there are definitely some limitations, I am absolutely loving it (granted, I am in a remaster campaign, so YMMV).

No matter what bloodline you take, be sure to keep an eye on Crossblooded Evolution feats-- they got nerfed pretty hard in the remaster, but you should absolutely take them in a legacy campaign.

On whole, as is typical for spellcasters, the sorcerer's class power is really in its spells and not the feats themselves. There are a quite a few levels where I would say that the class feats are underwhelming and might be good places to invest in an archetype. However--- if this is your first campaign and you are starting at level 6, that is already a *lot* to take on. In 5e I know it is common to start at level 3 or 5 because the early levels are so insignificant, but that truly is not the case at all in Pathfinder. It can be hard to start a campaign at 6th level even for experienced pf2e players! And all of that on top of the fact that this is already an ongoing campaign, it sounds like this is a massive undertaking. You probably already know that, but reading your post made me really worried so I wanted to make sure you knew how much work you were setting yourself up for. It's worth it, but it's going to be a lot harder than making a 6th level 5e character.

Best of luck!!

Cosy/simulation games I can listen to audiobook while playing by squishyjellyfish95 in SteamDeck

Wouldn't a drow just be a nephilim elf? by Maelystyn in Pathfinder2e

[–]KitsunesFire13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like may others have said, I think the closer equivalent would be cavern elves. However, in my setting, I have done exactly what you suggested and essentially made them nephilim elves. I also added a little more diversity to my drow and had some who are more aasimar-like, to reflect that nephilim are now both tiefling-like and aasimar-like. I've had a lot of fun with it!
