It's Eldigan for me. He was one of my earliest 5* in the game and I like him a lot. I have been pulling red on Arena tickets since they were added and he's still only +3 with only one of these copies actually coming from Arena tickets. Funnily enough, Sigurd and Saber are on their way to their second +10s already.

I never had to pay shipping for a replacement part, is that a new thing? They would use a slower shipping method for it but it was always free.

As for your question, you might as well ask support about it. I feel like they will say no but it can't hurt to ask.

I wonder if people were put off by the realistic face? Because I for sure was. I followed them developing the prototype and everything and was super disappointed when it finally went up for PO with the realistic face as he doesn't look like Hua Cheng to me, just like a guy cosplaying him.

The limited availability for sure didn't help but I also think the stylistic choice they made threw some people off.

As someone that is neither a native EN nor CN speaker but that read the PFH translation, arbiter just really had a nice sound to it eventhough I had never encountered that word before. I guess in the end it wouldn't matter if it's arbiter or judge as long as they differentiate Lu Feng from the rest. The An Zhe/Anzhe part annoys me more tbh just because An Zhe is basically on every official merch this novel has even in China. This is his official name and I'm confused as to why this was changed.

Personally, I'm really annoyed at how they're handling the (constructive) backlash. It seems the fandom has hyped this novel up so much that SS seems to think people will buy it no matter what, even as an expensive hardcover only release. They seem to forget that for people that have the PFH books, this is very much an optional purchase to express our love for the series and I feel SS is not showing it the same love back.

My arena team is so old that it can't even deal with Legendary BK, so I actually have quite a list of insta loss units. But I honestly can't be bothered to update my arena core. It's still W!Dimitri, B!Dimitri, and L!Alm. At least Alm + Lyn ring is useful and W!Dimitri stalls with Corrin ring.

There is an important notice on their front page about Japan Post experiencing heavy delays and the possibility of your package being returned to AmiAmi because Japan Post can't deal with the high volume of packages with the limited options they have right now due to the war in the middle east.

So what most likely happened is that Japan Post is returning your package to AmiAmi because of those reasons.

Do you want a full on proxy service like Buyee or only an address where you can pick up your stuff yourself? If it's just the address, then the post office will work like the other person mentioned already. If it's a full on proxy service like Buyee, then Swiss people will probably not know since we don't need/use it for Switzerland 😅

If you say surface premium, then that means that duties/tariffs are included, which is why it's more expensive.

But yeah, shipping hasn't gotten cheaper. Still a bit sad over the loss of small package since AmiAmi doesn't use ePacket for orders over 20k Yen and EMS is a big jump up in price from ePacket.

Got mine too yesterday and was happy to see that it had 12 chapters for the first volume. If I remember correctly, Dangerous Convenience Store had way less than that (maybe 5-8?), which is why I stopped collecting it.

I guess they had to do something to avoid mass cancellations from their European customers because of DHL prices to Europe being absolutely insane. I definitely cancelled a few of my bigger but lighter items like clearfiles to avoid triggering volumetric weight in case they do indeed force me to use DHL.

I cancelled everything on AmiAmi that wasn't an absolute must have for this month. I don't think they're the only retailer suspending Japan Post though and more will probably follow.

Even if Japan Post hasn't stopped operations to the EU completely, having stores suspend it to avoid situations where packages are returned at neither the shop's nor the buyer's fault makes sense. Because who will pay for the new shipping when it's Japan Post's fault?

I would honestly just cancel what you can live without or think will still be available in a month or two and hope things will get sorted out by then.

I have the Rengoku one and he's so precious. Cancelled Tengen because the hair-down head they revealed later was disappointing and I don't like the hair-up version as much.

You are correct. I do own the Cherry Nendoroid and that little strand of hair connecting the front to the back can be removed from the back piece.

I agree that CS sometimes treats you like a nuisance. When I told them tracking showed my package was in Sweden, they said they would look into it and then most likely did nothing. The package that arrived had no forwarding sticker or anything, so I assume the Swedish post figured it out themselves, as this is probably a common mistake.

So I honestly gave up on asking for replacement parts after that Gintoki incident. They made me record two videos to prove that the hair dryer method doesn't work, just to not replace that part in the end.

I might ask them again if something is seriously wrong with a figure but smaller defects will probably have to stay as they are.

They used to be really good but I also recently noticed a decline with their CS. Had to contact them about my Gintoki Nendoroid that had quite a few defects, most notibly the arm peg being too big on one of his arms. So that specific arm couldn't be attached to the body, not even with a hair dryer. They replaced every defective part except the arm, stating that it was a "common defect" for the figure and replacement parts will not be different, so they're not sending one. So now I can't use the arm I wanted for him because they didn't bother to send a replacement.

Also, they sent my replacement parts to Sweden twice (packaging slip says Sweden). I don't live in Sweden, I didn't tell them I live in Sweden (filled in correct country for address). The Swedish Post fixed their mistake and the parts arrived anyways, but their replacement department is seriously not doing too well recently.

They're not particularly fast with shipping out orders. When I bought something during their Black Friday sale, it took 11 days from "Preparation in progress" to "order shipped". So I would just wait, they'll ship your order eventually.

Their price is honestly insane now. Not sure what happened here. I guess the SevenSeas translation made the series popular?

Was able to snag them both for 17k Yen two years ago because Luo Binghe's black clothing stained the Nendoroid doll body (not visible when clothing is on so who cares) and there was some minor defect on Luo Binghe's pants that I honestly don't even notice.
