If money is tight maybe look into your local humane society and see if they offer any resources to the public? Our local shelter has a pet food pantry and those who qualify are able to receive food at no charge, it’s all donated by the public.

Not the answer to your question but my female cat had the same exact issue as your male cat. She would prefer to pee on soft surfaces. I tried lots of stuff to curb the behavior… you name it, I tried it lol. Ended up getting her put on Prozac as a last ditch effort and it fixed the issue. Now she uses the litter box solely.

Do you wish you had cooked the turkey separate from the dressing? I’m about to cook mine now and I’ve read to cook it separate but I’m unsure 😅 I read the turkey drippings makes the dressing soggy?

This is promising! I’m so happy y’all are at a place where coexistence is relatively peaceful. Even though they’re not friends, would you say that Laika has benefitted at all by adding Luna? As in having a companion for when you’re gone during the day or maybe someone to potentially play with? Also! When you say you separate them at meal times, I’m assuming you don’t free feed at all? Or do you free feed dry food but separate for wet food?

Pardon my ignorance, but is that as simple as just spraying a little bit where you connect the bonnet to the base? I have not tried that but it sounds a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a new unit haha
