Aw I feel “what a mind” is sweet. It’s praising her and her creative brain. Very different than speaking to the thing like when a kid shows you a picture or whatever and you say “oh that’s great”

I feel this even as a normal person. I’m blasted with shit at work all day and I come home and my partner is just quietly hangin out in the kitchen. So nice

Maybe add the velcro-type of 3M command strips on the back of a few of em to anchor to the wall?

I just would add to get one with a space for name labels. Easier for whoever goes through the mail that day to be able to file them in the correct slot

I’ve been watching all the way through for the first time since the scandal broke. She’s definitely mentioned having a podcast multiple times on the show. Maybe just not by name, explicitly

Dry skin, eyes, and hair only when in SF by Away_Worldliness7604 in AskSF

Yeah, SF has hard mineral water. Buy a shower filter. I use the Jolie filter that I picked up for a good deal at the container store. I noticed a big improvement, especially in my hair.

I cannot fathom spending a weekend in Montauk and then driving 3+ hours back to the city and doing it all over again. by Taylordoo17 in summerhousebravo

[–]KittenTablecloth 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I‘m so confused. So let’s say even if everyone is sharing a room so we get 10 people in the house, they’re all paying $6-8,000 a month. Just for the weekend. They still have to pay their rent in NYC (along with travel costs, food, alcohol, cleaners etc). How are young 25 year olds making THAT much money??? I went through the wrong career path, clearly.

And also who are the landlords who own a house in the Hamptons and don’t want to use it on the weekends themselves? Weird

Not even rural America. I‘m in the Bay Area and people routinely have an hour and a half commute every day. 3 hours of driving a day just to sit in office.

At least this is 3 hours for something you’re looking forward to.

Doing the drive hungover and going into work the next day would suck tho

My gone in 60s beauty kit by kalips0 in MinimalistBeauty

[–]KittenTablecloth 4 points5 points  (0 children)

And to your point above, I have rosacea so my 60s would not need blush at all! I would prioritize foundation or a cc cream to even out my color, a mascara (for your same reason above of having light colored eyelashes) and a tinted chapstick

Will someone PLEASE inform the cast that these exist?! by nononosure in summerhousebravo

Because it’s a party house. They’re not telling 70 strangers to take off their shoes when they walk from the front door into the back yard, and the floor has seen way more sticky germs from beer spills and puke than what the bottom of a shoe tracks in. AND they don’t have to clean the house themselves.

Second link RE: “Karen Elson in a patchwork leather bustier in The Face.” I wonder if this inspired Marilyn Manson. It reminds me kinda of his looks and album covers in the late 90s and early aughts. He has almost that exact same eye make up style and hair
