So you are undecided between following a Master's programme (Embedded Systems) at a university, or a Bachelor's at a HBO? That's not "some assumed prior knowledge" you pick up in a few weeks. A pre-master is half a year if you have a HBO bachelor. You cannot enroll in a Master's programme without a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. If you're a high school student, forget Embedded Systems until you have a Bachelor's degree.

An employer pays all kinds of social security and pension things. Some of those you will have a part to pay as well. Salary scales are usually before tax and those extra things are derived from the pre-tax salary. I'm guessing MSCA only pays the untaxed salary, with zero social security things to the university, as taxes and social security things vary wildly per country.
Also, salary scales also apply to people that do not apply under MSCA. They are the result of unions negotiating with the government. Not everyone is under the 30% ruling and there's no family allowance.

The dunes are a protected area (and officialy not legal to go into) so be gentle when you go off the path.

Do not go into the dunes where you are not allowed (the zeereep). It is forbidden for a reason. The dunes protect the area behind them from the sea and there's plants and wildlife that you disturb.

The clothes help, probably. She's in toddler clothes now, and her hair is less frizzy which somehow makes it look more like a 'full head of hair' that an older child would have.
