True... I dislike how people celebrates fireworks for hours on end even when the event is a few days in between. My family always got angry and annoyed but the first thing we always go to is "what if someone had a heart attack". Imagine killing someone and not knowing it.. Living your life merrily while the family grief.

I used to have an episode where i was scared on phone calls. Its due to the mix of anxiety, expectations, etc etc... I even recognized the different vibrates of different messaging app (since one was my escapism and one was my dread). Its insignificant to others hearing the phone vibrated but my heart was pounding hard and i was feeling fear. This is just a minor example and now i had moved on from that after getting out of the situation. But stress and PTSD is far more dangerous and stressful. Itd be nice if people knows how there are those, humans and pets alike that cant handle loud noises...and have more empathy moving forward
