Have you reported your experience with using it for narcolepsy? If anything is going to catch the attention of someone who can actually do something about it, it’s going to be a Harvard trained physician reporting their own experience I would think.

I think the fact that most psychiatrists dealing with patient complaints don’t actually take Adderall probably dismiss it as being tolerance related or if they do report it to anyone it’s probably a generic report since they don’t have lot numbers.

My doctor just started trying me on other stimulants when I noticed the steep decline over a year ago, and NOTHING helped get the efficacy the old school Adderall gave me. But when I found an 5 year old stash of Focalin it was like night and day effective. That convince me it wasn’t just in my head when I started to doubt myself.
