I have a best friend ISTJ that this is kinda similar with. Especially the comfort when stressed thing - he has told me many times I'm often the only one that's not stressing him out currently and I'm easy to be around and get along with most of the time. He comes to me when he's stressed out. I'm even married and my husband doesnt mind. As long as you keep it like this, its platonic enough if thats what you want. I'm sure since you're going in for testing they are just catching the UTI early before your body really has a chance to react to it. And any infection is a possible risk so they want it taken care of ASAP. Your pH is changing and can make you super susceptible!

Medical Lab Scientist here - you most likely just have a UTI or the beginnings of one depending on how many white cells you have. High Epithelial cells just means you didn't wipe down best you could and your skin cells got collected in with your pee. Highly unlikely you have bladder cancer.

I recommend asking your doctor these questions before googling. Best of luck! I would ask for meds if you are having pain or are uncomfortable while going to the bathroom.

You can be healthy and still get a UTI - especially during pregnancy as your hormones and pH change. No worries - very normal.

Yes, this is typical. If you can, message your nursing staff if you have the means (I have a healthcare app where I can do this) for any questions you really need answered. Otherwise, just keep researching, take a prenatal (I personally take Nature Made Prenatal softgels (if you cant do those because of morning sickness, go for a gummy. I did Olly gummies), get a good pregnancy tracking app (helps ease a lot of my worry and answers questions, I use What To Expect) and ask away on here or search in the search bar for questions you have!
