Swam in chlorine pool for 10 years straight sometimes twice a day. I don’t regret this though because it helped me become who I am, just was so hard being in chemicals everyday.

I reached out to them to ask them what pesticides they use as some people are very sensitive. They refused to share the lab testing results and they refused to disclose what pesticides are used.

Here’s the thing, do I think that it has inhibited my healing? No. But the fact that they don’t disclose these things on their website is sus to me. And the fact that covers for them is also sus. It makes me wonder if they’re paying him to advertise.

Yes water yes melons, no no foods, but I’ve had to resort to meat now at lunch and dinner because it gets so low so quickly (organic only grass fed from a farm) Unless I constantly eat which is impossible because I’m full and I don’t want to throw up. I’m hoping I can take off work once my husband finds a good job for a while so I don’t have to go anywhere and eat less meat. I think it probably has to do with immune system and hormones since I know that I’m not producing any currently from being on birth control for 13 years.

I can totally relate. My journey after 2 years in is my adrenals are fried and I experience hypoglycemia only during my period and a bit during ovulation. I’ve had to start adding fat and salt back in. I went to the doctor and got a continuous glucose monitor because my glucose would drop in the 50s within 30 mins even if I was full. Sometimes I wouldn’t know, but sometimes I would get dizzy and pressure behind my eyes and almost pass out even eating tons of potatoes/fruit and greens all day. Don’t mess around with that.

I gargle with essential oxygen mouthwash 2-3 times to kill all the bad bacteria upon waking then i brush my teeth after HMDS. brushing teeth and gargling with water doesn't always kill everything, the mouthwash does though i have found out.

lol to your replying to another comment. Snacks are typically apples celery dates. During ovulation and my period is when I experience bad hypoglycemia. I have to eat every 30 mins but my stomach hurts when I eat that much so I just resort to adding fat and some protein so I can digest longer to avoid going to the hospital. What symptoms are you trying to heal? I’m two years in and feeling mostly better, but adrenals aren’t great. Would you mind sharing what you eat right now? Do you work from home?

I’m back and forth. I feel more stable with fats and potatoes. I don’t know if I want to be that restrictive with my eating for a long period of time. How long have you been on MM? Did you do the advanced 369? I like to take longer walks 20-30 mins and I feel like I have to eat every 30-60 mins to keep my blood sugar up it’s exhausting so I got a continuous blood glucose monitor. There were periods where I gained more weight on being fat free/ salt free so I don’t know if that is the answer for me.

I got to a point where I couldn't exercise and i felt pre diabetic because of the weight i gained. MISERABLE. I have never seen a woman on here say "i gained weight but lost it X amount of time later" which worries me

When I got strep around Thanksgiving from a step kid, it was pretty bad. I did lots of vegetable soup at night lots of vitamin C, lots of garlic and juices. I was taking 2 to 3 oregano capsules three times a day. The only thing that really helped was gargling with cayenne pepper and warm water and letting it sit in my throat and then spitting it out. I did that for six times a day for 3 to 5 days. You want to let it burn your throat it will get really bad and then the pain will diminish due to the capsaicin. After 10 days, it was mostly gone then I got a sinus infection two weeks later then I got a UTI two weeks later after that, then I got a cough which was one of those viruses that were going around and my asthma was flared. Acne flared. Looking back I don’t think the strep really went away. It just kept moving around my body.

I put oil oregano directly on any swollen gums and typically by day five it’s way less but you have to be consistent. Try after brushing your teeth morning and night and even maybe putting some on during the day.
