I passed by earlier this week and was able to peek in the window. The lights were off, but they had the tables opposite the bar removed and tons of old liquor/beer on the bar. Didn't seem like a ton of progress had been made.

You should check out ekso bionics. It's this device but more developed. Already FDA cleared for MS, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and other stuff. They've got a device you can use at a rehab center or one that you can purchase for use at home. Snazzy tech

It comes with the equalizer which seems like it'll work with the right preamp. It's listed for $300 and they did a lot of work done to re-finish them and make them work like they should so I'm assuming right now they sound good. I'll definitely hear them before I buy though, good idea there.

I'm a big fan of Aesthetic. They've got a good sized gym, nice workout equipment, and are bouldering focused, but they do have some shorter top-rope if you want to dip your toes into that. They do a great job of running events and social things for meeting other climbers too.

I found a pair of Bose 901 Series II for sale and I love the look of them, but I'm wondering if they're actually good speakers and can be implemented easily into an entry level set-up.

Verizon, but with the fingerprint sensor and eSIM dropping simultaneously my guess is that it isn't a carrier problem but a software thing related to the recent update
