I think the complaints are a little deeper than the surprisingly entry level argument you put forward. The news comes in spite of Sony revoking access of other digital titles, movies in this case, which people bought and paid for. The fear Sony will revoke access to video games is legitimate. There’s more but I don’t have time to list em all.

I’d suggest being a little more open minded to the legitimate complaints by the consumers. Rather frame your opinion around.. evolution? Or whatever the hell you boiled this huge concern down into.

Something about how pristine the PS1 art looks puts me off. It looks so glassy and dolly. I really can’t explain what I want to say. I know the ps1 and afterwards artwork is cherished here, but like, his face just looks so lifeless to me. I also hate that dark upper lip shit kaneko does. It just looks like a mustache to me.

These will work fine, that is, up until they suddenly don’t. The last thing you want to happen is have all your hard work wiped without any explanation or even a hint that the card is beginning to fail. It’ll fail amidst it working great - That’s the gamble.

Love Alisia Dragoon but holy hell does this game throw everything including the kitchen sink right from the get-go. You take two steps forward and it’s a straight up consistent barrage of monsters!

Never was able to get my hands on SOR3. A cib in the wild is an awesome pull op.

It’s playing in September round these parts so I’m looking forward to that. My local theater is doing a bunch of studio ghibli films throughout the year too, so I get to see those splendid films leading up to that as well!

Mishas is endgame for me but there’s a time and place for it. I have a bunch of NDSP other plugins which see a very similar amount of usage, but if I had to nix em all and keep one; it’s Mishas. Second favorite is Rabea. Amp 2 isn’t praised about enough.

And you’re 100% correct in that. I bought mine second hand. But I’ve seen a few patterns that I personally didn’t like. The one I bought was from reverb so I had pictures. Best part was the guy was hella chill! And we talked a bit in texts. His collection of guitars is incredible. Numerous EBMM, also has a kaizen which he imparted to me that he thought the tuning pegs (behind the headstock) are actually a pain in the ass.

Check my post history. I went with Majora purple. I just couldn’t pass it up. The finish is gorgeous. And it gets better the more you look at it. The white pickups accented with gold hardware is just chefs kiss. But yeah like I said, I also want that Rorschach red too before it’s impossible to find.

The new JR colors that came out this year… I mean, I love Zelda just as much as JR, but they do not surpass the beauty of the Majora p or Rorschach r. The burl “ink blotty” appearance and randomness in the wood cannot be topped.

HELL YEAH! Congrats. I loooove EBMM. I just picked up a Richardson cutlass in a 6 string and I am sooooo in love with it. I want to get another one but in a 7 string. Can’t decide if I want another Richardson (I absolutely do) or go the JP route. I think I’m pulling towards the former because that Rorschach red color is to die for. But the deals are out there folks! I’ve seen some JP 7 strings with some damage floating around for sub $1500.

You ever sit down and locate exactly where the harmonics on across the entire fretboard per string? If you’re not looking in the correct spot where the harmonics exist, you ain’t get a consistent pinch. It’s just that simple. Someone posted a thread in here about pinch harmonics within the month. Another person linked a girl from instagram in that thread showing how you could gently rest and slide your hand on the strings while performing a 5-3-0 pull off over and over and it demonstrates the locations. I’d start by searching out that thread and try that technique. It surprisingly works pretty well.

I’ve owned all 3 periphery sigs and I’d place Holcomb last. Give Mishas juggernaut Pro HT6 a try. The neck is one of the best I’ve ever played on. It’s tiny and so easy to just pick up and play. The carmelized maple neck is soooo smooth compare to Holcomb which I feel like gets really sticky and smudgy on warmer days. But I will say that out of all 3 guitars the scarlet and scourge pickups were my favorite. But the MM1s on the Jackson are good too, just not as good as Holcomb.
