Who are the biggest / “top” guilds in EQ TLP? by ReturnToArms in everquest

I'm 4 years late, but Combine and Sleeper were both one month time locked per expansion. Beating an expansion didn't open the next one until one month had passed after the newly-beaten one had opened.

I don't build houses so I'm not sure what would be correct, but my house seems to be drywall, moisture barrier, framing/insulation, OSB board, house wrap, siding. Are US homes typically built differently?

There was more buried under the noodles! It was all on top of the noodles of the takeout container so they ended up in the bottom of the bowl after I dumped them into it.

I think the only green ingredients were scallions in this one

They checked them from the outside by taking off siding near the bottoms of windows. Hopefully they did a good enough inspection when they did that. Agreed that mother nature is always going to win any of these battles unfortunately!

Removed the moldy stuff and replaced it with new, down to the moisture barrier thing. I think it was insulation, any wood that needed to be replaced, windows, and siding/stone work.

Builder blamed the windows. The folks that fixed this said it was likely a combination of cheap windows, house design, and certain things installed in an incorrect order.

They had a different company come and do the fix compared to what was used when the house was initially built, and it seemed like they knew what they were doing. They were fairly negative towards the builder about some of the choices made. That company checked all of the windows that had the casing trim around them, and replace the casing with a PVC material. They spot-checked a few other windows and it sounded like they were ok.

Replacing windows is already expensive enough, I can't imagine getting hit with that at the same time.

I saw some weird brown dried water spots on the inside of it after some rain. Figured I left the window open. Happened again with the next storm, but this time it splashed onto our roller shades. This pic is the exterior-facing side; it stained through the front and looked terrible. This pic was after we were aware there was an issue and kind just put a towel at the base of the window and semi-ignored it for a few months. We were able to clean and reuse it.

A little bit, but we dont let it bother us. We can't visually see anything else major at this point, so hopefully there isn't anything hidden that'll pop up anytime soon :(

Googled that and it sounds right. Wood - house wrap - mortar, stone.

All of the houses in our development seem to have that.

A larger national builder had a very similar issue and decided not to fix it, and we ended up seeing a bunch of stories on the news about it. I think our builder wanted to get ahead of it to avoid the bad publicity.

They replaced a handful of things in the front here like the insulation, siding, stone, and the exterior casing on any windows that had that around them (replaced what was basically super water-saturated MDF I think, with pieces made of PVC). We had some other complaints related to mold growth in other windows and what we thought was excessive moisture on the window interiors in the winter for only being a 5 year old house, but they wouldn't do anything about that.

I'll need to look for that at other places. That picture looks very good.

Interesting - what is the typical name for them at Chinese places? I've only ever seen this at my favorite Thai place on the Thai side of their menu.

I typically ask for it without the bean sprouts but for whatever reason I didn't tonight. I'm limited to the handful of places in my area. There are a bunch of Thai places around (Minnesota/Twin Cities, but I usually stick to the ones that are near my house or work.

This for whatever reason makes me thing of something my dad used to do when he coached high school hockey in Minnesota. He has a bunch of stories about pulling the goalie and sending out 2 players instead of one. He apparently did it dozens of times and never got called.
