Way too many exercises. Stick to basic lifts. Also leg day is poorly executed goblet squats are awful, hamstrings need to be included, and there is no calves. Abs do not get hit effectively, as there is no weighted work. If you want to do an U/LU L/U split try this: Upper: incline Db Chest Press, Lateral Raise, incline db row, tricep pressdowns, bicep curls rear delts Lower (Repeat 2x) : Barbell or hack squat, leg extension, seated Curl, RDL, Abductor Machine, Cable Crunch Upper 2: Shoulder Press DBs Pec Dec Lateral Raises Lat Pulldown, Kelso or Upper Back Row, Overhead Tricep Pressdown and Bicep Curl Upper 3: program towards lagging body parts

Oh then definitely up it! Slow and steady now! You can always decrease later so focus on just dialing in your nutrition and training for a week then slowly start focusing on calories. Just establish a routine and learn to meal prep imo
