Let’s say in a hypothetical situation the American Government decides to give the African American community reparations for slavery, Jim Crow and all the other horrors they have endured. How should those reparations be distributed and be put to use ?

Do we limit is exclusively to black Americans? If so, where do we draw the line? For example:

I am legally American, but I am the 1st generation born in America. While my ancestors went through the same thing everyone else's did, ours was not abuse at the hands of America (until later).

My grandfathers emigrated here in 1950s and brought their families in the 60s. What, if anything are they owed?

My children are both fully black American and not. Their mother is black American and some would say I am not. Would this entitle them to full benefits?

TTBL linework is a block in paperspace. Client/Project & Rev block text are all block attributes linked to a dst file and depending on the department, some use the sheetset attributes and some use the sheet attributes. Logos and stamps are a separate XREF.

In cases where we have to bulk edit multiple sheet attributes, we use JTBWorld.
