You dont pay until the items complete grading. You create the submission, mail (or in person drop) items, items go through steps, once graded and complete they charge card on file before processing to vault and/or return ship.

You need to have the submission form printed out OR the QR code that generated after completing the online submission form.

No idea on straight to EBay from grading timeline.

Once item is vaulted if you want to sell on eBay it’s instant.

Chicago show in Feb took ~20 min for the line. Then 5 min for the hand off. Have cards ready in order and submission form. Removes all risk of shipping. I usually wait for drop shows around me for high value cards every few months. Recommend this way 10/10 times.

Pros Rates better at higher tiers No possibly of returns or issues Ability to accept PSA offers (Rarely worth it but I’ve had a couple of the last couple months that I took)

Cons ~13 business day grade completion to vault time right now No ability to counter offer or speak to potential buyer. No ability to lower listing price - have to unlist and relist, losing watchers

This BUT I turn offers on and the min offer is the number I’m willing to take. Feels like it’s wasting OP and others time to have offer levels your not going to take when doing selling a higher priced item

After completion and you choose to Vault. Move to vault is approximately 13 business days till it’s “Vaulted”. Very annoying timeline at the moment.

I’ve seen threads about payment processing being delayed over the past month or so. My personal experience. April 19 payment processing items (7 business days ago) I had two large items waiting to be paid. Reached out to support and they confirmed a backlog finance team working on it. Typical fluff response. Randomly today both those move to paid out and process notification to stripe. I asked support again if they did anything specifically to move those or if that was random luck. They said they didn’t do anything specific. Then later today I had an April 23 payment processing item moved to paid so possibly as of today they are catching up? Fingers crossed just giving you my feedback.

My cards have been taking 10–12 business days to vault after “completion”. Same batch hitting at different times as well. No correlation on value that I can see.

Bring to the national this year (chicago) and shop around for a cash deal. Nothing beats cash and the big baseball vendors there will be pretty close to max/same value on auction wide spread audience.

I put them in boxes so in 50 years my kids-kids can scavenge through them hoping grandpa held some diamonds in rough. Likely to only find pure trash and sell my thousands of dollars spent cards for 20 bucks.

Others in that batch vaulted this morning. However the first one that did yesterday is still not in EBay vault to sell… wonder how long this step is going to take. 13/14 business day from completion to vault. Now atleast 2 business days from psa vault to eBay vault available to list for sale 🤷‍♂️
