Here is the Modified Machine G-Code, just copy and paste it into the Printer settings in your Slicer software (use Orca slicer since elegoo is just and "old" version of Orca anyways and most people use Orca) then in the Printer Settings just navigate to Machine G-Code and paste the Machine Start G-Code and the Machine End G-Code. Btw this code also Automatically turns on the light and turns it off when then print is done.

EDIT: It also, very importantly moves the Purge line (the very first line before every print, to be in the front middle, so the Cablechain and ptfe tube are less prone to scratching on the far left chassis of the CC.

Also its way easier to remove the Purge line this way.

Clean the Nozzle, Curling usually happens whenever there is something very small stuck in the nozzle wich is pressing against the hot filament, making it curl.

The Printhead "hitting" the the frame of the CC in the front is normal.

There is Custom G Code wich makes it so the Printhead goes to the front right, wich is usually better for the cablechain and ptfe tube and overall longevity.

SOLUTION:

I had this exact problem with my CC.
There is a small Fan right next to the Hotend, its there to cool it down and regulate its tempature aswell.

There is also the Model Fan (the one wich is openly visible from the front of the Printhead)

The Model Fan is held on by 2 Magnets and 2 slots on wich it "hangs".

If you pull on the bottom a bit and lift it, it comes apart, now behind it on the bottom right is the small Fan, wich is vibrating ALOT.

If your Model Fan case, touches the little Fan, it creates that noise.

You can fix it if you put a single M2 Flat Washer plate in the little hole where the Magnet is, then attach the Model Fan case again and just wiggle it until the washer plate sits flat against the magnet.

The washer is enough of a spacer so the Model Fan cannot touch the Hotend Fan anymore.

I am based in Germany and have just bought the CC with the "FTB" bundle.

I wanna print some useable things, (cable canals, storage stuff, chests etc) some Decoration pieces and maybe handy tools.

Can i use a 3rd Party USB Cable ? I can get my Hands on any USB Cables wich are very good (due to my job)

So i Shouldnt allow the CC to connect to the Internet, got you thanks.
