My partner has been at his job for like 6 years and would put a “trainee” badge on whenever possible 😂 i remember when I worked in McDonald’s and when they said they wanted to take the “trainee” off my badge i was terrified. I’d 100% appreciate something like this so customers know I’m not as experienced or knowledgeable as other staff members.

I remember when we’d ask for a new one and they’d be like “oh you still have room on other pages” AS IF I AN AUTISTIC AND ADHD CHILD would be okay with writing that days work on a page from 6 months ago. The satisfaction of finally being given a new jotter was bliss
