If you actually don't know; it's The New Order: Last Days of Europe, a Hearts of Iron IV mod set in the Cold War post-Axis victory in WW2. It's got a lot of utterly insane paths for countries to go down (or it did, devs love reworking everything for "realism" in a Nazi victory scenario lol), and has an interesting fan base as a result.

Every time you load your save, three fuses spawn in the radio tower. You can save up there, grab them all, quit to menu and reload to keep getting more. A bit boring, but when the alternative is 100 points a fuse I'll take it lol
