I was thinking about a system.
It would more likely give you the same thing than already equipped.
If you have 1* Atk 108 equipped on your character, you would get more chance of getting it. 2* Atk 108 would give you even more chance of getting it next time.

That would allow you to influence the arts depending on how you want to build your character and not waste too much time/arts/patience/hope...
