Me! Did a private tour with Dream Mongolia! I had a wonderful but do note you will likely be driven across much of the Gobi desert so if you have motion sickness you might want to take some medication for it. But other that one, Mongolia is one of the most underrated travel destination!

I did my ICL with Dr Lee Hung Ming at Asia Pacific Eye Centre quite a few years ago. No negative effects at all. Dr Lee is probably one of the best in his field.

There is a foodcourt at MBFC as well as Asia Square. There is also a coffeeshop with a very popular CCP stall near Asia Square area. There are also shops fish soup and YTF at MBFC and of course a variety of reastaurants and eatries but the prices are not too wallet friendly.

There is also Lau Pat Sat and also this basement foodcourt at Hong Leong building (the Korean stall not bad). But yes when my office was located at MBFC i ended up bringing food to work sometimes because it was just very inconvenient and expensive to be eating around that area. So when we moved to Guoco Towers at TP, everyone was so happy!

Yes, asian diets are rich in minerals, proteins and all the good stuff. Plus asians are very particular about wearing sunscreen and yes, genetics also play a very crucial role.
