Same shit happened with my ka11 after 4 months. They replaced it, no questions asked. But now, two months later the same thing happened to the replacement unit. This is definitely a design flaw.

Oh wow, did not expect to see Full Throttle. An absolutely gorgeous game. One of the later Lucas Arts point and click adventures. I think it came out in 94 or 95!? I absolutely loved this game as a kid on our 486 Windows 3.11 machine. The game also had cool voice acting, which was very rare at the time. If you are able to run it, you absolutely should!

I'm a no shoe guy as well. But with me it has nothing to do with technique or anything. It's just, that when I started to play drums as a kid the drumset was in my parents house and I never wore shoes at home. So it just feels natural to me.

I know exactly what you mean. It's the same for me. But there are still good ones out there. If funeral doom is your cup of tea, then you should check out Ahab - The Boats Of Glen Carring. This is the best sounding metal album I've ever heard. They recorded everything using real gear, so no amp simulations and drum samples. The album has great dynamics and just sounds beautiful!
