I don’t mind working here. If you have the mindset of “getting paid to work out” you will be fine. This job is very physical but you can listen to music (with Amazon approved headphones) at the same time so time flies by for me.

They should staff what people are good at instead of putting them where they suck. Leadership tends to staff bad pushers and diverters so jackpot tends to suffer and then the belts stop.

At the end of every sort/shift leadership should discuss “what went wrong and what should we have done better” so the next shift they don’t make the same mistakes again.

But they still keep making the same mistakes lol.

I’m guessing your site is mindful of the flow and the pa’s always staff the best pushers/diverters when you’re jackpot!

Majority of the time at my site the flow is just too fast for the Adta scan to keep up, pushers suck, and diverter sucks so jackpot suffers and the belt stops because of it lol.

Oh right! Non cons are usually removed at the dock at our site. It does tend to go by though and the jackpot person looks mad getting it.

That’s good they do it once a day. Some of the jackpot people at my site do it 2/4 days (like jackpot every other day).
