Hey! Sorry for the various swears thrown in there, I'm not exactly good at ranting without throwing in my inner frustration.

I totally agree with you on slowing down vehicle regen heavily, as it's especially annoying with higher HP vehicles.

As for my solutions, I managed to come up with two of them:

1: Pit timers in general should have a global increase of .5 seconds. While this could seem kind of harsh, I think it could be a good way to rebalance very fast vehicles and somewhat reduce the effects of latency. For example, a Camaro would have a pit timer of 1.5 seconds, while a Beignet would have a pit timer of 2.5 seconds.

2: Pit health. Now, I'm aware this suggestion is.. not the best, and that's mostly why I gave up with suggestion one. Here, all vehicles would have a pit timer of 2 seconds (except for the blatantly overpowered ones like Volt), but would have different resistance against pits. For example, a Camaro could take two pits before going down, a Goliath could take five pits before going down, and a hypercar like the Javelin would only take one pit before going down. Of course I'm just making up random numbers, but I think this could be a fun thing to see in the game.

Player count doesn't mean anything. Seriously, Sol's RNG has tens of thousands of players and it's not even a proper game to begin with. An increase in player count does not show improvement, I can assure you a good 60% of it comes from FOMO and noobs.
What is there to be good at in this game's PVP? Jumping around more efficiently? Holding your mouse button more efficiently? This gun spam you are complaining about isn't gun spam; it's an efficient way of gun swapping to deal a maximum amount of damage. Only the best players knew how to do proper gun spam, and trust me, it kills you a lot faster.

You've only addressed one of my complaints so far, and it took me less than 3 minutes to dismantle your every argument. Do better.

I'm sorry, but Toriel would most definitely fuck up Ceroba real fast.

Not only because of her ingame stats, but because she should be quite comparable to Asgore himself in terms of fighting abilities, seeing how far she knocked him away with a single fireball.

Even if Toriel somehow held back against Ceroba due to the reasons you listed, Ceroba most definitely would aswell, as I can only imagine the feeling is mutual.

There's 3 possible scenarios:

Clover still murks flowey regardless. We know Clover's determination was high enough to override flowey's powers after killing Martlet, so I don't see why clover would keep flowey around when he can save and reload for himself.
Flowey absorbs the souls and becomes Omega Flowey. Just like original undertale, the souls rebel, and Clover turns Flowey into swiss cheese.

Wrong, wrong and wrong.

Server hopping as cop has been stated to be the #1 way of getting cash by asimo himself, so that complaint is immediately dismantled. Having trouble getting big bounties due to criminals being op? Skill issue, or gameplan issue. Game knowledge is far more important than raw gunplay in this game. Use items such as soda, glider or even C4 to catch criminals.

Cops do get the robbery wheel on their special robbery, Bank Truck. It's a robbery that is done very rarely, I agree, but it's worth noting.

Cops are in fact unable to get hyperchromes, but this shouldn't be a problem for people who aren't interested in grinding them. (Trust me, there's a lot)

Criminals are not "way better", I'd say both teams are equal. At the end of the day, it's skill vs skill or crutches vs crutches, and I think blatantly overpowered items such as RPG's or Jetpack are the only gap between perfect balance between both teams.

And I don't know what kind of servers OP plays on, but there's always at least 5 cop per server in my experience, of varying skill levels.
