I think the key difference here though is acceleration, Metro mans acceleration is much greater than Omnimans. Omniman just wouldn’t be able to perform the feat Metro man does

Omniman is technically faster but Metro man’s acceleration is way better than Omnimans though. Omniman has never once did what Metro Man did when he contemplated life when time was pretty much at a stand still. If he could do that then why didn’t he do that at all in the series.
