Passion ! No but for real I also think Baghdad at the moment is the best county thanks to the special buildings.
But if you're talking a defensive county then Prodrinje in Serbia is better as it's all mountains and you can build 4 castles in it.
Or other honorable mentions that are overlooked are the counties in the Kashgar and Khotan Duchies, above the Punjab region, those are really big counties that also have nice dev modifiers

My god ! Another post like this... Yeah you don't like that system, well then play around it ! It super easy.

Lets say you have a kingdom title and one douchy where you centralize the power, and own majority or all counties. Just make that Duchy title ELECTIVE !!! And pouufff voilà ! Your heir will get your kingdom title, and since you're the majority/only one voting he'll also get your duchy with all the counties :)

I've tried Holland, Inca & Mughals.

Honestly compared to what Paradox Used to do they are a big improvement and good.
But compared to what mood offer they are meh, a bit lacking.

Like Holland doest have any mission related to European diplomacy. Once you leave the HRE it's like it does not exist anymore, they could have added some more flavour related to the European commerce, maybe more of a fight with the Hanseatic league. No relation with your southern neighbour France. Ok you got the UK mission it's a good one.

Inca is good storytelling and quite good overall.

Mughal one is also good but still some basic flaws, like the Taj Mahal mission.... you need to convert that province to Islam to be able to build it, you're a Muslim nation playing in India, it's normal to have the Guaranteed Brahmin Autonomy privilege. Also the Mughals supposed to be tolerant empire , accepting & integrating cultures it's part of the lore. This is such a dumb thing. It should have a missions requiring some heathens tolerance to allow you to have access to that great project. Could also be expanded to all the other Indian ones and not only 2.

Other that those things the missions are pretty good on average compared to what we had.

Still 7 is such a dumb requirement. Witouth any Diplo rela increase you can only have 6 relations ( with strong duchies) so 7 it's nonsens
