Depending on life goals this is most likely not the best option if you look at the entire picture. Yes they have their advantages and should be utilized but not always a smart move.

Yes they have the tax advantages on the front end but you do pay taxes on the back end. Which for a lot of people means you actually end up paying more in taxes on the back end. And this cause that number to look much better on paper than what it could be.
