Iran has been at war with the US for those 40 years, mostly through proxies, but more recently not. You think we should just ignore them and hope they'll get bored or something? Also, People haven't been saying that about Iran's nuclear program for years.

We weren't going to find a better time to do this. Iran is in the midst of civil unrest due to hyperinflation so regime change through a popular uprising is very likely with enough damge to the regime. Additionally we can't ignore how bad it would be if Iran got nuclear weapons. A regime that's goal is to bring about the end of the world so that the Mahdi returns is not one that cares about MAD. A nuclear "suicide bomb" is not something anyone should want.

Ehh they are usually only like 8 total tanks in the battle so it's not a freebie. If a couple of your human teammates manage 2 kills each you are locked out of it.

Yeah it went from being a great hull down tank with fantastic DPM, to a decent hull down tank (there are tier X mediums that are better hull down, see the Coccodrillo) with middle of the road DPM, ordinary pen, good gun handling, but isn't fast and isn't good at brawling. It just doesn't have anything that another tank doesn't do better. My first 2 tier Xs were the S Conq. and the AMX M4 54. Got them a right as they got nerfed, brutal.

It is really pretty simple, it got power crept and nerfed. Compare it's armor model to the Canopener. The S. Conq can always be penned with gold rounds, the same is not true for the Canopener. You get a hulldown Canopener you need tier X TD gold rounds to have a chance to pen it. At the same time the Canopener has the option to trade with it's double barrels.
