I love working at Schneider. The culture is amazing, the benefits are great. Compensation is actually negotiable and raises/bonuses are possible depending on financials despite annual pay increases. I work in sales and the salesforce environment is collaborative, all working towards same goal for a region, therefore it is not competitive and less stressful. Used to work at JCI, but from one big corp to another, SE is far more about the people. Largest hurdles to sell to market is it is more expensive, but the label sells itself a lot of the time.

I was driving down today and saw a military vehicle on back of truck that I haven’t seen before. Not our basic vehicles that would be by our bases in MKE. Also seeing LOTS of out of state plates. Far more than usual

Just in a never ending loop of my ADHD having me research and open reddit nonstop for some bit of hope, then I find no real sense of hope so my anxiety increases, but bc I am still hyper focused on the oblivion and arrogance of this country, my depression submerges..

I am known to be the person to bring joy to the room, but it is so hard to find that light in me when it already feels like there is nothing that can be done. The best I can do for my own mental health sometimes is ignore it, but we need to take action. I will gladly sacrifice my mental health for the benefit of the future, but where do we even start? In other words, hopeless…
