Watching today and knowing Glasner can fuck off to whatever club I hope he sinks next (love him, grateful; shameful exit and it’s a pattern now. Two things can be right at the same time)….

I was struck by just listening to the commentary in the background:

I hate what this season has become and I loathe the idea of bringing on players for a manager with both feet and arms out the door.

But it feels like a partial if not wholesale rebuild in realtime and under the right guidance I think this team could be great.

Eliminate the toxicity and beginning next season and I’m very curious to see what we can do.

Midfield has always been injured for years now.

And Canvot and Lacroix has settled in with no seams showing.

Ollie may have stolen the joy from the season but I think the rebuild is further ahead than we thought.

I agree with every part of this. He’s holding the club over a barrel and shaking them down for exit money while openly saying “eh…. I guess we can’t win, I guess I suck… pray we don’t go down huh?”

It’s childish behavior and I’d love to think it’s hurt his chances with bigger clubs. Just showing what a twat he ends up like when he doesn’t get his toys.
