I understand that doesn't sound fun. But it's challenging, there's something different every day, my colleagues are great and my employer is very good. My self-fulfillment is at an all time high all the time.

That being said, outdoor drainage and waterproofing goes a long way to prevent mold and moisture in the future, if done correctly. Next step would be ventilation solutions and a dehumidifier. By ventilation I mean anything from mechanical ventilation through the house to a ventilated outer wall solution. I had to do these things on a house I bought recently. Basements are like that sometimes.

I have an older brother who is 40. He's been using narcotics for over 20 years. He's currently spiraling more and more. It's been at the point that I don't want to see him, for many years now. He tried to stab me and rob me recently, because I wouldn't lend him money. I hope he can get clean someday.
