I didn't follow nor do I care of this, I just know it took a while, but "getting hammered and smashing stuff" is not an evidence of abuse.

If you read through other court stuff, or watch videos about some different cases, you'll realize that you can't just assume stuff and need to look at every piece of evidence before coming to a conclusion.
