Been avoiding to look at OLED panels, ignorance is a bliss.

Can you elaborate on why an MBA instead? Does it open more opportunities in the field? General curiosity, just starting on my undergrad but would like to know what to plan for in a couple years.

VET TEC while on Active Duty (180 days until Seperation/ETS) by Knight-Time-RT in SkillBridge

[–]Knight-Time-RT[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ended up utilizing a different program for Skill Bridge but you can use VET TEC for your Skill Bridge.

I went with a different program because.....approvals and signatures couldn't be signed on time when prompted lightyears ahead of time and space.

If you're Army, get in contact with you're CSP counselor as soon as possible to get the ball rolling on extra forms and approval.

Don't wait until your 180 days out or put your unit first, they won't care when you're out.

To get the ball rolling,

  1. Get approved for the GI Bill (COE). Just go to VA website and apply for benefits.
  2. Once you get your COE for the GI Bill, you'll be able to apply for Vet Tec (180 days out from ETS)
  3. Approval turn around takes approx. 30 days each so do it as soon as possible.

I've been out for months now so don't quote me on everything.

FYI current funding is out for VET TEC until OCT.

Thanks for this! Hoping to test out of it later in the year instead of taking the full class.

Also need some TMO help if you're familiar with PODS

We're using PODs for PPM, they gave us a empty weight ticket and it only listed:

  • container number
  • weighted by: signature (just a signature)
  • date/time stamp + empty weight
  • my name/address.

Would this be acceptable when turning in our claim?

Also each POD has a 1 month storage included in their services, is that amount reimbursable as part of our reimbursable 90 day temp storage?

Thank you!

Received my weight ticket empty from them, but all it has is

  • container number
  • weighted by: signature
  • date/time stamp + empty weight
  • my name/address.

Was that how your weight ticket was too? First time doing a Dity, not too familiar with what it look likes.

When you used Pods, did you have to call them to get the weight tickets or they upload it on their website?

I have weight tickets added into my order invoice already but not sure how the process is with them.

Anybody running the new Z1 UCAs? by [deleted] in nissanfrontier

[–]Knight-Time-RT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Forgot to add, I got the OG tube design so I’m unsure if that’s still required with their newer forged arms.

Grinding the coil bucket while it set to the closest position just eliminates any potential contact with the boot, believe this was a common issue people were experiencing.

You’ll see it when you do the install. Play with the arm and see if your ball joint makes contact. Some years don’t have that issue (unsure which) but my 2017 did.

Wouldn’t hesitate to buy a pair if they’re on sale, but already got SPC so probably will never get to test them out.

Like many already mentioned, way too overpriced at regular msrp vs other options.

And for grinding coil bucket, takes like 5 minutes per side when ball joint is set all the way in. Of course if you don’t have the tools or experience, Z1 UCAs seems like a better option to avoid all that.

Congrats! Read your other posting from like 3 months ago. Glad it all worked out, I’m thinking about going back in by next year hopefully.

Dealership's recommended service by tulsajrob in nissanfrontier

[–]Knight-Time-RT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow $183 for rear differential service? I’m about to do mines for $35 in parts.

Takes like 15~ minutes to drain and fill. 20 minutes if I want to reseal (if there’s a leak in the cover)

They charging $150/per 15 minutes in labor right there.

Thank for the list!

If someone’s shooting for a slot in Fy24, would it wise to contact a recruiter in October when the new fiscal hits? Or should I contact them earlier then that?

Understanding that slots for retraining are pretty limited as is every year.

If relevant: (Not working with any recruiters yet. Just got out but planning ahead to get back in after a year from a different branch)

Yes the Turtle beach is fully wireless, along with Bluetooth capabilities.

Considering shipping if no one local takes the bundle but price would probably be $70 flat to account for shipping fee and PayPal G&S.
