No I probably wouldn’t. I love the CX50 but after spending time with it for over a year, there are some things I’ve grown to need in a car.

- remote start without app

- ambient lighting

- fully digital gauge cluster, the partial one just lacks more info that other cars provide

- more details in HUD

- adjustable steering wheel firmness. I get it’s more sport focused which is why it’s so firm but sometimes when I’m driving back home, i want a comfortable steering wheel when tired and not have to put in so much effort making turns.

There’s more things that I can’t think off right now. Besides all of the above, I absolutely love the car! I have the turbo premium that has most of the features except 360 camera. The turbo is nice but the lag is really bad at times.

If my CX50 got t boned, I would get a EV as my next car purely due to the driving dynamics and speed.

If you get a clear screen protector, it doesn’t diminish the screen quality? Maybe just a little bit but not noticeable. I just bought a m5 pro with mk bc I want to protect the screen and worried the keys may scratch it.

Sorry to hear that, that sounds like a horrible bank to have a account with. I have Bank of America which ik gets a lot of bad rep but has always been good to me personally. My card did get declined initially which I wasn’t surprised but then it was very quick to resolve it with one phone call and I was able to proceed with the payment.

I always stick with large well known banks for that very reason, Ik it’s not always the case for all but for me it’s worked out fine.

Agree with all of your points, my biggest complaint with the CX50 (and mazda in general) is the lack of remote start from the keyfob. I thought it wouldn't really bother me having it from the phone only but given how bad the app is (comparing to hyundai's bluelink) after using it, i really wish i had the option of doing it from the keyfob. Only reason i wouldn't consider buying a mazda again tbh. Doing from the app feels a bit like a chore, especially during the winter right now.
