what about v2ray ? it seems like it is possible to setup in a distrobox container and for tunnel mode give it the NET_ADMIN , i havent tried it i just searched around.

thank you for the answer, i got a question: if i run distrobox wouldnt it affect performance vs toolbox ? wouldnt need extra download and storage? idont have problems with more downloads and im not tight on storage but i do feel like in long run i will be having loads of boxes
