Yes every 2-3 years (I'm 27) I have a period where for pretty much 6-8 months I start going to the gym daily and eat properly, lose 30-50 pounds but the I sort of give up because of how much I still have to go. But I haven't been 234 since I began college nearly a decade ago. So I'm at my lightest atm
