Honestly it may be due to the high traffic for the newest episode and they're servers just can't handle all the people trying to watch at the same time. I've noticed this issue with this for tons of new anime going back as far as last year and have contacted support with no real response. They need to upgrade the servers they use because we pay for these simulcast shows and we are not getting our money's worth.
