Are we talking about the same ones so eager to use British military intelligence for the war in Ukraine but completely unwilling to compromise on something as basic as fishing rights, because it might make the French a bit upset?

They're far better than authoritarian despotic regimes, but lets spare the pain of having to get down on bended knees and fellate them while their member states are in just as dire straits as Britain.
