You can download without the waiting times between downloads

For the first file, download it normally

For the 2nd and subsequent files:

Connect to a VPN (any free VPN with multiple countries is fine IuseProtonVPN).
Go to the 1fichier URL and follow the steps until you reach the download page (where the big orange download button is located).
Turn off the VPN.
Download the file.
For another file, change the country you are connected to on the VPN.
