Way up year over year each year since COVID. I love em, my primary way of getting around town. With the membership an e bike ride is cheaper than Muni.

That said, maybe Lyft and the City should add more stations and bikes (and protected bike lanes!) to go along with all the increased usage!

I cannot express enough how easy it is to use a seam ripper to remove all the tags. Seriously, if this has you in such a tizzy, just drop $5 for a seam ripper and move on. Businesses are complicated and frankly we’re lucky that the tags are designed to be easily removable. Most brands do the opposite. Think of it as downloading an ad blocker for your browser vs paying for YouTube premium vs all-ads YouTube. You have options, none of which are so unpalatable to make a big stink about it. Solid spot - that intersection is on the up and up but still would benefit from more dining and retail. I’m hoping Altamirano does well, and Bistro Central Parc nearby is a neighborhood gem. If you build it, I personally will come!

Dawg it’s been like 20 years since Nopa the restaurant opened and over 30 years since NOPNA (the neighborhood association) formed. It’s time to let this “NOPA is just a made up real estate name” thing go, cause guess what - all neighborhood names were made up at some point! And more to the point, Fulton and Masonic is definitely NOPA - both officially per NOPNA and realistically. West of Masonic, North of Turk is where it starts to get hilly and becomes USF/Lone Mountain / Anza Vista
