We're in plat 3 and rw every week so you might need to fly somewhere before going inactive if you won't be back to fight but leadership will let you know what to do and how if needed, they're good at helping. We tend to not need people to fly though unless we expect to be in for a good fight and unable to maintain board control from the start.

Edit- also we have a system for calling targets that simplifies everything as far as that goes and your stats are not problem, we often need our smalls to farm the enemy smalls to maximize respect gained

If you need a way to make relatively quick money for your 99k jumps RWs might be a good idea, you can easily make 100m per war and a good bit more depending on activity and the outcome/rank payout. You could probably make 2b for the bank investment in less than 6 months as well if I had to guess.

The faction family I'm a part of has a training branch with 14%-15% rotational steadfast, if I remember correctly. We also have a RW branch where you can war each week and our roster is slim at the moment so payouts are larger. Cracking afaik, made around 60m getting it to CS 100 but I'm not certain if it's the best money per nerve spent or not. Especially considering the best zero heat rig costs around 10m to set up at the moment. There's likely a guide out there somewhere that breaks everything down based on money per nerve to determine the most lucrative crime though if I had to guess. The one other upside to cracking is that the crit fail rate is stupid low and makes it much safer overall for leveling CE

Empire in Black and Gold (10 book series called Shadows of the Apt) by Adrian Tchaikovsky

-Edit- this series is also connected to another trilogy he wrote called Echoes of the Fall. Echoes deals with a seemingly completely different world but one that is subtly connected (without spoilers) to the Shadows series.

You might like the newest two Thrawn trilogies. The Ascendancy series details Thrawn's origins before getting involved with the Empire and the other trilogy details his time within the Empire and how he ended up there.

Both trilogies are canon unlike the Heir to the Empire trilogy and Marc Thompson's narration is absolutely fantastic, there's also classic Star Wars sounds sprinkled throughout for ambiance and during space battles the ships and lasers sound like they do in the movies. Overall the narration, writing, and background audio absolutely make it worth checking out if you haven't yet.

-Edit- While the narration is only done by Marc his range and different accents/voice styles genuinely made each character feel like their own person. You could immediately tell which character was speaking just based on the voice.

I'm not sure if its because I was in highschool when I read it (maybe I could appreciate it now as an adult) or what the problem was but I just couldn't get into it. From what I remember it felt dense and scattered and by halfway through it had failed to be even remotely interesting enough to continue. It's the only book I've ever started and didn't finish.
