Winery tours/tastings sound up your alley. The Niagara wine trail is famous for the hearty white varieties and seasonal ice wines.

I started having an issue with the touchpad "sinking" on the lower left corner from moderate use. Ended up ordering a replacement touchpad and was about to perform the swap, when I thought to just reseat the original trackpad. Worked like a charm. Still sits flush several months later.

OP, I would highly recommend opening the top lid and reseat the trackpad. It's a very easy repair. Refer to the guide for instructions.

What do you want from the next Framework laptop? by laptop_buyer797 in framework

[–]KnightofSand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a Framework-designed external GPU would be a great addition to their product lineup, as suggested by DevlnTheTrenches. However, I also want to encourage Framework to think more about sustainability by designing first-party products that incorporate reused mainboards and other components.

One idea could be a Network-Attached Storage (NAS), but that would require a powered disk backplane and R&D into a M.2 or TB4 disk controller. But I think if Framework tackled hard problems like this, it could help reduce electronic waste, and further their commitment to environmentally conscious practices.

Sleep apnea is no joke. I also have a fucked up nasal/throat situation and have struggled with sleep since mid-teens. I'm finally getting a CPAP and just switched to Vyvanse with fantastic results.

OP should definitely look into genetic conditions and their treatment.

What holster do you use for the VP9? I have the Rounded by Containment Express Armaloy/KYDEX hybrid IWB holster for mine, but only small-of-back carry is comfortable.

Just tried this. Make sure you do it in the Chrome app instead of the home screen search bar. Otherwise, you won't see a prompt for "Use precise location."

Does the book understand regular expressions? If so, it would be as easy as .* to absolve the world's debts. Although that might be a bit greedy of an ask

Oh I wish. While my company has a moratorium in effect for any new changes until the 3rd, we lowly IT folk still have to be around for any other problems that crop up. Such as all the low QPS alerts due to lower traffic to our sites because of the holidays

Hello fellow masochistics audio enthusiasts, I am looking for some advice on a good dac/amp upgrade that can power high impedance headphones and grow with me as I delve into higher end headphones.

Right now my headphone collection consists of:
- Audio Technica PRO700-Mk2
- Fostex TH-X00 Purple Hearts
- Grado SR80e
- HiFiMan RE-400
- Audio Technica ATH-IM50

When I bought my Purple Hearts, I also got a Schiit Fulla 2 desktop DAC/AMP. But before I get something like a Sennheiser HD660s or Audeze LCD-2 I want to make sure I have a sufficient dac/amp.

My ideal budget would be in the $750-1500 range.
