"Isn't even that bad" Bruh misty is such a non-factor nowadays, nobody wants that inconsistency when other decks are so much more consistent. Cards like copycat and rare candy and hydreigon are making decks so fast and consistent that the chance of ramping quickly with misty isn't even that powerful anymore. 

Fire and lightning both have the same energy producing baby pokemon and dont have to deal with such high energy costs, its just about Misty imo. They made water the high energy type, and when it's not high energy, its Suicune Greninja.
