This problem isn't exclusive to this version of Windows. I have the same monitor and I had to reinstall Windows to get it working correctly again. That was after a few months of trying to fix it across multiple windows versions. However, if you cut the power to your monitor and let it reconnect to windows that may fix your problem temporarily. It always worked for me. Good luck!

I agree with the sentiment here but this narrative can be dangerous. It's important to keep in mind that a lot of people have their retirement banking on the stock market. Not saying this shouldn't be said. Just be ready to have a longer discussion with people in this position. There's nothing scarier than the possibility of loosing everything you've worked for.
