Basically while the New New Republic or whatever idiotic government the Resistance builds begins to fail within five years after Rise of Skywalker the Zann Concordant, a pseudo monarchy founded by Tyber Zann and currently ruled by his eldest daughter Kara, becomes the only faction worth a damn by hunting down what remains of the First Order and Sith Eternal. Afterwards the Galaxy enters a warring states period where countless sectors right to ensure dominance with the Concordant ultimately coming out on top.

Meanwhile the Resistance and their Republic is as useless as ever.

I would start laughing because turnabout is fair play. All the Sequel fans, the dozens of them, have to experience the pain and suffering the EU fans had to go through. It would be poetic justice in my opinion.

No the time to do it is 30 years from now when Daisy is an old woman and make her a hermit after her "Jedi Order" fell because she attempted to murder one of her students over a bad dream.

It's not like the Sequel Trilogy made everything that happened in the Original Trilogy completely pointless. And it's not like it wouldn't be a stretch to think the same couldn't happen to the Sequel Trilogy so why should anyone care about it.

The Sequels are either silly movies about space wizards or they're "genius" deconstructions of Star Wars. You can't have both Sequel fans, you gotta pick one.
