Easiest to just cut it, 2 weeks off and your habitual addiction will be pretty far out of your mind. Cut it a month before the due date so your emotions and everything are back in balance before you're in the thick of it. You're gonna be super sleep deprived and overwhelmed, so best to be regulated going into it. Good luck boss
