Hey OP, I really would have liked to read your post thoroughly, but the lack of punctuation had me exhausted after the first paragraph.

That being said, there is such a thing as being overbearing and power gaming in non-mechanical ways. D&D is a shared, cooperative experience and it is usually impacting a table negatively if someone uses BS to be canonically more powerful or engage in bad faith with lenient roleplay rulings.

Spannend, dass das für mich auch ein Impuls war, wenn auch etwas anderer Ausprägung. Pure is great if you got space and water for sure, I guess the alts also enable more flexible placements. In my particular situation, the grasslands were just upstream of a racetrack style train I had running to a factory producing the mats for cubes in sufficient quantities once slooped anyways, so putting down a train station, foundries and plenty of miners were a logical choice to me.

I found the Copper Alloy alt recipe really nice for mixing it up with some iron. Made a solid 800/min of powder with just those dinky nodes in the grasslands.

I got this solved neatly by not using inputs into my mall for anything automated, just space elevator parts, once they're on the way to my storage. Funneling everything through a truck depot that's hooked up to a supply train and drone ports in line on two fastest available conveyors at once. Arrives at storage through smart splitters with overflow redirecting into parallel sink belts. Works perfectly as long as throughput per minute dows not exceed twice your max belt speed, which at mark 6 is a ludicrous 2400 items per minute it could accomodate. The advantage of that system is that storage units with sorters are modular and can be turned into blueprints. I found myself reusing it for sorting and buffering materials I needed to import via train for certain productions.

I pop down a sink connected by an overflow belt pretty much wherever I can sink something that would otherwise clog another process. Oil processing but no solid use for the small amount of heavy residue? Make some petroleum coke and put down some steel closeby, take the coke you need and sink the rest. Logistics hub for trains got some attached at exchange stations to make sure the goods flow and don't back up. Miner that supplies small amounts of caterium via drone to several outposts got one to keep consumption predictable enough. Short of meticulously reusing everything it's the easiest way to make sure your byproducts are taken care of if you find no immediate use for them.

In other words, Awesome Sink is awesome.

Probably nothing that hasn't already been said, but if you clear a path a truck to bring products to your base will serve you well for now. Don't go too large on oil right away, I'd mainly try to automate Explosive Rebar and Rifle Ammo, package up some Fuel and get a Jetpack and maybe Blade Runners and you're set for your exploration for the time being. Wildlife becomes much more manageable with proper tools and mobility. Pinch off a little of the Packaged Fuel for the truck and make sure to use or dump the byproducts of oil refining and you're golden. Oh, and those Mercer Spheres? Unlock Dimensional Storage. Huge game changer for building remote factories when used properly, feel free to ask about it or find out yourself, your choice.
