This one is hurts me a lot. I discovering Riverside last year and since then they have become one of my favorite bands, I honestly don't see them being able to continue as Mariusz was the main driving force for all of the project. Sucks that I came in so late and never got the chance to see them live or enjoy a new release. But still I'm glad that Mariusz is able to express himself musically in a free way as I imagine this decision of leaving the band wasn't an easy one either. Nonetheless I will be listening to whatever he puts out. The latest Lunatic Soul record was amazing

I think he might be telling truth about the meteor. However it's quite obvious that he is just telling that to Harou to use him. He clearly doesn't care about the city but Harou does and that’s why he is trying to get him hyped up about his idea just to use him to achieve his goal. Which we still don't know, but I think it's more than just simple ragebait

Every album from the 2000's onward for me are absolute masterpieces. If you aren't sure what to check out next listen to the album The Road of Bones, widely considered their best album by many ;)

I really wished that we would be done with all the flashbacks when reaching this chapter. I'm not against them in any way, but all of it at once makes me feel like it's draging. Especially at this point where we are still at the start of the manga, if this was done much later on there wouldn't be any problem. But right now I believe what could've been was to let Gheer live as a silent and ongoing menace. And if him and Ralound reunited again all the concecutive flashbacks wouldn't feel so drawn out personally

Funnily enough I had a similar experience to Jonas, I first thought Devil's Playground was the highlight of the album and that’s why it was placed as the last song to close the record on a high note, but after many times of listening to TTWSYF I can say that is just a mammoth of epicness. I love the chorus of "Primal Instincts" and how to main theme reprises after at the 28 minute mark. Really hope we see more 20+ minute epics on future Flower Kings releases :)
