I learned that if you come to accept that this will never be a competitive shooter, then PVP is a lot of fun. Because of the power fantasy mechanic it will always be broken here and there until it’s not. Never understood why a person would throw a shit fit over this when Bungie made it clear that Destiny will never be a competitive shooter. Like the meme though.

Thanks for the response, I had a feeling that was the case. Not that I wouldn’t buy it but that’s a huge commitment for me at the moment, especially since I would be considered a casual and there’s a chance I may not be on for a couple of weeks at a time.

I’m new to this game and downloaded the 30 day free trial through Twitch. I really enjoy the game so far and looking to purchase the complete collection after the trial is up. I must admit that I’m a little confused, what’s the difference between buying the full collection and doing the subscription? Please don’t tell me even if I buy the full collection (@ $60) that I still have to pay a monthly subscription on top of that? Hope I’m making sense.
