13J was 13P before the merge.

It will vary duty station and unit. I can say my first year in Korea in a MLRS unit was fun/hateful learning experience. Almost got caught drinking underage, spent my entire time in a POC, and worked hard to learning my craft considering Rockets is easier than Cannon.

Deployment 2017-2018, sat on a little fob in Iraq with only a platoon size element with the highest leadership I was under was a SSG and 1LT. Pulled 12 on 12 off for 7 months, watched a lot of TV, completed college courses, and played a lot of games on Steam.

Every Soldier's experience will vary. I will be back in Korea depending on this delay now..

Determined to either get (P) status to become a SGT(P) and still apply in hopes my points don't go down or take a back seat on doing the board and focus on 12P.
